1. No Returns for Custom-Made Products
All products are custom-made upon order, and we do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was sent.
2. Return Eligibility
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return or replacement. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. Return Process
To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect item. Please double-check your product selections, such as size and color, before finalizing your purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet entered production. Orders are processed quickly, so if you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.
2. Orders Already in Production
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled. If the order has already been sent for production, the full cost of the product and shipping will be charged.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, providing your order number. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled before production, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.
2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product or confirming the damage/defect. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

1. Incorrect Shipping Address
If the wrong shipping address was provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
2. Failed Deliveries
